Renewal of the IFS Food quality certificate

For the third consecutive year, we have renewed the IFS Food quality certificate for our Sobrasada de Mallorca. The IFS Food Safety protocol is a mark of conformity required by European distribution entities, specific to the food industries, which serves to guarantee that their products comply with the highest parameters of legality, and that it satisfies one of the higher standards in relation to food safety, quality of facilities and production processes, always with the premise of continuous improvement.
