Certified and protected by the Protected Geographical Indication Sobrasada of Mallorca, made with fresh pork meat origin Spain. Natural product without dyes, without preservatives, without stabilizers, without ripening regulators, allergen free (lactose free and gluten free). Labeling fully adapted to Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 of the European Parliment and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on the provision of Food information to consumers.
As a result of our experience of over 70 years, is born our sobrasada de Mallorca tradición, made with 100% native ingredients: majorcan pork, majorcan paprika “Tap de Cortí” and salt “d’es Trenc”.
